Plasticut provides plastic fabrication, repairs, design & engineering services using CNC routing, machining, a cut-to-size service, fabrication & welding.

Story

Established in 1978, Plasticut is a family-owned Australian company specialising in engineering plastic solutions for the industrial, engineering and domestic markets.

Our large premises in Campbellfield, Victoria enables us to provide a wide range of engineering solutions, including fabrication of tanks, tank liners, guarding and just about anything from materials such as PVC, polypropylene, polycarbonate and acrylic.

We also offer computer-aided design and manufacture, CNC routing (utilising two large capacity routers), machining (CNC & conventional), fabrication and welding, cut-to-size service of Rod, Sheet and Tube.

Our services extend from local & interstate to international customers. All our staff have an engineering background, so you can rest assured of knowledgeable, helpful and competent staff providing exceptional customer service.

Products

Plasticut is capable of a wide variety of different production levels depending on the size of the project. There are different production needs and time allowances that must be made in order to provide high quality plastic products in a realistic amount of time. Some simpler tasks, such as one-off plastic cutting, can be completed immediately on site; others, such as large scale plastic fabrication, will require a lead time of five to ten days while the necessary details are attended to.
Plasticut offers consultation, advice and support for all design, development and prototyping services to clients as needed. We operate a full CAD and CAM suite with CNC capabilities Our design and engineering teams are both experienced in all stages of design, development and production of plastic products. We’re here to make sure any plastic products a client needs is produced to the highest quality.
