These guys are great and I enjoy going there. Was looking for timber in the yard a few times in recent days and I was thankful and impressed with the friendly helpful advice I received. Then the guys on the Trade checkout desk are always equally great - and I'm not a tradie - just a DIY guy.

Terrible, took forever to get my products in after I paid over $4000 in bathroom parts. Can NEVER get through to them on the phone - simply no answer. Won't ever use them again.

The imaging are 5-6 years old and not up to date with the new locations at less with in the last two years

Automated phone systems are crap, have you checked how many hang ups you get? It is all lost business. Today I contacted Mitre 10, Bunnings and Placemakers, but I almost hung up when I got your automated telephone system but the chap who answered my queries at your store had excellent product knowledge and advice. I think you would do far better to have a real person on the end of the phone like your competitors. Well done your man, he is the sort of person needed to keep people coming to your store. Dave

Please would you update your website regarding your trading hours. I drove all the way from Devonport, 29/09/11, to purchase a specific item knowing I had time in hand ( website advised trading hours were 7am - 6pm week days) only to be told that the store was closing in 5 minutes. The store closed at 5.30pm during week days. Thank you
