Pizza Workz NORTH LAKES - WOW I fell in love from the first bite. So lucky to have found pizza workz. LOADED with toppings something very rare these days, base cooked to perfection with that little bit of crunch. This is my go to pizza on cheat meals. Great customer service on phone and pick up, great prices and definitely worth every cent. Can't recommend enough, you must try it!!!

Have been going here for years but after last nights service we probably won’t , From start to finish , it seemed to hard for them , we rang up for a phone order , and my partner had to repeat his words so many times , he hung up very frustrated, the order was paid via card over the phone , the order was delivered late , but we let that go due to the weather , it was raining hard , my partners pizza , a bbq chicken had pineapple on it , didn’t realise that was on the menu , but when do bbq pizzas come with pineapple? Soooo then this morning I was checking the bank , I realised that they charged us twice , once for the correct price at 6:45 pm then again for $2 more then the original price at 8:45 , so the second time was an extra $50 + was taken out of our account , Hubby rang to sort it out over the phone , was told to come down to sort it out , the weather was still bad so didn’t really didn’t want to leave the house but to the shop we went to sort it out , the excuse , we had two phone orders under Chris , REALLY ? How did you still have the account details readily available to make that mistake , ? They refunded the greater amount no issue , but then mentioned that they would have to call the other customer back to ask if they could have their details to pay for there last nights pizza , , really is that legal ? Love to be a fly on the wall for that phone call.
My first order at this place was a pick-up order. Ordered bacon and egg pizza, no bacon, add ham on phone. Person answering phone did not even greet me or say the business name I had to ask if this was pizza works Bray Park? In which a male replied Yeah... When I arrived I knew I was early but I went instore to pay and check-in. There was no QLD check-in anywhere in store??? I paid and they started to make my pizza which I heard them say bacon and egg no bacon add ham which is what I paid for... Got home, no ham on a plain, tasteless egg pizza. Rang to complain and settle my problem with the STORE and spoke to a male staff member. He couldn't care less in my opinion and offered no solution other than speaking with the pizza maker so it won't happen again... To me that's poor customer service and ruined my Friday night in. I will not be back. Thanks but NO THANKS!

The most amazing pizza I’ve ever had. Plenty of toppings and was cooked to perfection. If you haven’t, definitely try this pizza place out. Staff were also so friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!
We used to be regulars at Pizza Works Kallangur. Always 5 star worthy. Since moving suburbs earlier in the year, we’ve now been to Pizza Works Bray Park a number of times, but never the same quality as what we received from Kallangur. Thinking we’d give them the benefit of the doubt, we tried again tonight. Not only did Bray Park mess up our phone order, but the attitude we received from the male staff member when we arrived to collect and notifying them of the mistake was unbelievable. No apology and completely shut me down mid sentence a number of times. Upon returning to the store 20mins later to collect supposedly freshly made pizza, what we brought home was stale and very dry crust. Very very very disappointed. From now on we will bypass the store at bray park and travel the extra distance to purchase from Kallangur.
This was literally the worst margherita pizza ive ever had. Not sure what happened
Ordered the works pizza twice now and very consistent, excellent pizzas and let's be honest that's rare these days. I don't feel sluggish after or the morning after a good sign of quality ingredients in my opinion.
What great pizzas we received They were very tasty a huge amount of products on them Best pizzas we have ever ordered will definitely be coming back again
