the cheese on my pizza was overcooked! the heat in the oven was probably too high because the cheese obviously bubbled too much then it became rock hard :’ the pizza was not even cut properly too, I justncan’t enjoy my stuffed crust i just wasted money on this branch. unfortunately worst pizza ever!I don’t even want to give this rating any star!
Order a pizzas online and made payment - the payment went through but the website timed out. Called the store which I was told the order was not received, and refund would be processed. Placed another order - only to find an email saying the order had actually been processed. Tried calling the store to cancel over 10 times without success. Both orders arrived, but we turned one away and asked for a refund due to the glitch. It’s been 5 days and haven’t had a reply and out of pocket $70. Pizza was also stuck to the box.nnUpdate: I have already filled out that feedback form twice about this with no reply.
Witnessed how compassionate and caring your team is. Last week a student walked out with a Limo pizza and he dropped it. Your response when he came back in, 'It' s okay bro, give us 15 min and we will have another for you'. They wouldnt accept payment from a bystander who offered to pay. Very refreshing to see your social values at work in our community.
Normally 5 stars, my phone order went horribly wrong in that the first guy couldn't get my order down right. Someone else stepped in and was great.nnThe actual pizzas were amazing. As they are consistently here at Massey/Redhills branch. The base is light with a beautiful crunch across the base. And they don't burn the pepperoni pizza. Some pizza huts do this by default - burn it on the top.nnMassey beats lincoln road hands down. ; There ya go. Massey even answers their phone, most the time.
I should read all the google review first before buy 40$ order from this branch. Just purchased beef ONION but there is no ONION at all. Already call the staff. They just sorry. SAD for pizza hut big company but the staff dont care. No star Pizza hut Massey!!! Remember that name
