Ordered pizza to be delivered - order delivered and was missing one item ordered and payed for. Rang the restaurant immediately with no answer it was near closing time. Called again the next day spoke with the manager presume the owner who advised would investigate and call me back. No call back after 4 hours, called again and was told Manager had gone home and request me to call back again. The person on the phone could not care less about customer service. Absolutely terrible service from the top down. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with Pizza Hut Umina!!
Pretty disappointing flavour or lack of compared to other PH’s which we frequent. My Butchers Block needed more cheese to bind the toppings as they all fell off when I picked up a slice. Didn’t have heat issues as others have made note of.
Get another manager, never met such a condescending person in my life. Don’t expect the right pizza cause ya won’t get it along with a shocking attitude and a refund thrown in your face when you ask them to make it right. Do a favour and go to dominos
Good size piza with generous amout of topping. As it was a public holiday they didn't change the surcharge. Service was good and we got our food in 15min. Shop only has two high table with 6 high chairs. very happy with the pizza :
Won't order again from this Pizza Hut again. Pizza's were delivered cold and owner/manager was argumentative and dismissive. Lousy ambassador for a such a such a great brand.
Tried to order online, got to payment and they don't accept cash. Update: 3 months and no reply That's what they think of their customers
Spend nearly 50 dollars for raw pizza but ridiculous call up and kept getting hung up on not happy not using this place again
No different than your average Pizza Hut, although I really dislike the plastic fly deterrent entrance. I often find that it knocks my pizzas/extras around when I try to push through it. I find that the pizzas are made pretty fast here.
I am a regular but tonight i ordered expected a wait an hour after when pizza should have arrived never turned up and then another hour went by and after being on hold for atleast 20 mins i still couldn't reach the store . The drivers attitude was appauling no appology incorrect change given and his response to me asking why they were so delayed was well obvioulsy everyone on the peninsula ordered pizza .
L9ve the pizza's here so much feeling value 4 money great customer service brilliant
