Went in late on Tuesday night and got the best pizzas full of heaps of toppings, and such amazing friendly staffFood: 5/5
Just so happened that my wife had suddenly craved for a pizza. We did it smoothly online and had it picked in the store at no waiting time. But it was not as thin crust as what we expected and a bit costy for a medium size although the flavour was acceptable as my wife liked it, a preggo who's very hard to please in taste.

Terrible. The owner is one of the rudest and most unhelpful men I've ever dealt with. He took the phone out of the staff members hand that I was talking to and then hung up on me when I asked to speak with the staff member again. I wanted to speak with the other staff member because I can't understand what the owner is saying due to his thick accent. I was trying not to be rude by asking for the other staff member back. Awful pizzas anyway. PayPal refunded my order in the end. I won't order from here again now.

Just a shout out to the lovely lady that served me tonight at the Oxley drive runaway bay store. Didn’t catch her name but her service and personality were excellent. 5 plus stars to her
was okay not my preferred but they forgot multiple things in my mea,l still recommended their service.
I had the pan fried super supreme which was very nice.
People and pizzas are fine, but the online ordering system messed up my order many times, charged me for things I didn't order, omitted parts of my order, etc. Their phone system is pretty annoying too. I just have zero desire to use it again. Never happened w Dominos. Tbh, pizzas and people are same in these two franchises.
