Finger lickin good,. You have to be kidding. After painting all day I just wanted something quick and easy for dinner. If I wasn't so tired, I would have driven back to the store and asked for a refund. Burger stone cold and the worst burger I have ever had, they could not even wrap it correctly. Lettuce what lettuce apparently a couple of strands is all you need See the pictures, half a large box of chips, again stone cold and so much salt they were in edible. If this is the standard of fast food in Australia then we need to complain and ask for better products. I have eaten fast food in other countries and it is so much better twice the serving size and half the price. It is totally unacceptable what fast food restaurant s in this country are serving up and extorting from us. KFC Runway you need to retrain your staff you should hang your heads in shame. Our food was thrown into the paper bag and shoved into our faces. Discussing food and discussing service. Wish I could give minus star rating.
They have to be the worst kfc in the country. Constantly mess orders up. Are impossible to get on the phone. Once you do, all they say is come back down. The photo is supposed to be an 8 piece box. They are a joke. Don't order from them.
First time we went there I was surprised that my total purchase is not the same as what is advertised refer to photos, price on the chart was $12.45 and I was charged $13.45 I asked why was the price different, the lady asked her manager and the manager said it was their new price. By law, customers are only to pay what is advertised. I mean, a dollar difference is fine with me but I work in retail and so many times we have to be careful of our price advertisement because we can only charge them on what the price tag is and that is called following the law and doing the right thing.
We went in to get some chicken for a party. The only menus displayed where chicken burgers. Asked about the different bucket type meals. Oh don’t know was my answer. So we just ordered what we wanted separately. I asked for 2 1.25 litre bottles of Pepsi Max I was given 2 small bottles. When I said we wanted the larger one, then I was told, We haven’t got any. The fridges where almost empty. Then stood in line. For A VERY LONG TIME. A lot of orders in front of us where wrong and had to be redone, making the wait time longer. Staff running around like no one knew what they where doing. On the good side our order was correct and the chicken was good. It would be a good idea to display a full menus of your products.
Utterly unacceptable, the cleanliness is at an all time low. The staff got angry when I asked how long my meal would be. It Was not a nice experience utterly put me off my meal. The food was raw all and all I threw it in the bin and left
Nice to see a staff member check an order at the front counter by ‘discretely’ opening the burger and flicking through the ingredients with their fingers before re-wrapping it and putting it in the bag ready to hand out. Also got a cold burger which when returned was just thrown in a microwave. No need to give us hot, fresh food. Not a good experience!
No customer skills or trading of front counter staff. Every time I call in No acknowledgment. They look at you quickly expressionless then go about servicing drive and other orders. All they need to do is acknowledge customers at the counter and say they only be a minute or two. Always a bad customer service experience from the young staff Kid-friendliness: Shocking
Haven't ordered from these guys in two years because they never got the order right and the food is garbage. Kids wanted it tonight, ordered $65 worth of it and they got the order wrong. At least they're consistent if nothing else. The food was awful, most of it ended up in the bin. Thanks for proving me right guys. Food is garbage and the staff couldn't care less. Hope it takes longer for me to forget this time.
I thaught the different stores had a standard to observe re food. Not so at this store. the portions are smaller than other stores. The chicken ls dry. Also you have to be very diligent re your order before driving off. I have given this store several chances to improve but not happening. I will not return.Food: 1/5
The attitude from the speaker box to the collection window when asking for a new burger as the one received was chucked in the bag and fallen out the wrapper with mayo spread absolutely everywhere was horrendous. My five year old dishes out better manners than the girls working here, I’ve never received such disguising food, or customer service, might have something to do with the reason they have little to no service at the store.
