They’re fine by my experience. I’ve picked up pizzas from them five times in the last couple of months and they never got the order wrong, or took longer than the designated pickup time. Quality can vary by the day, but never bad enough to call it not meeting my expectation of a pizza from pizza hut.

My pizza came burnt. The dough is like a cracker and all I taste is overcooked bacon. And where’s cheese?
Terrible pizzas. Lack of quality. My order was also incorrect. I wasn't expecting much but one of the pizzas was inedible. It tasted of soap. Very disappointed.
Food arrived 30 minutes late from the time it was supposed to arrive. Pizza's were soggy, and the manager there is unprofessional.
Worst service. I had to wait more than 1 hour to get my pizza delivered. The delivery driver was going in wrong direction when I was tracking him in the map. At last, I came to know that it was delivery van and I think he went to deliver parcel somewhere else before delivering my pizza.
It was ok but not the best. The only thing I liked was the delivery time was as estimated.
