THE PERFECT PIZZA! Last night I dropped into the Ashgrove store on my way home. The team were professional and swift at helping me decide on a couple of pizzas and sides. Their menu is full of things I love and know and a heap of vegan options which surprised me. Coca-cola is still their drink options which also impressed me, but you’re not reading this for the drink options! The Base Fluffy, soft and crunchy. It was like a soft, warm bread roll but as a base of the pizza and it was covered not lightly sprinkled with toppings The Toppings Rates back into the 90’s in my mind it was the golden age of Pizza Hut after a soccer carnival we would stop by and have all you could eat pizza buffet - remember those things well, there was heaps of toppings and fresh. Absolutely loved my pizzas and when I’m thinking about what’s in the box, with out the dots, it will be a Pizza Hut pizza. Tip: I’ve read the reviews and the time to order pizza isn’t on game day, grand final day or late at night.
I don't even know how slop like this can be given to customers. I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and received this half bread, quarter cheese, quarter grease concoction which looks like a reject sent off to delivery orders. I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while and this was no welcome. Will not be ordering from here for the foreseeable future. Picture of what I received vs what I ordered.
I used to love this place, but the a service these past few months has taken a nosedive. The management, especially the Asian manager was extremely rude to me and was completely unprofessional. Never been disappointed here tbh. The staff know how to make a great pizza! Note: you'll notice that the bad reviews on here have nothing to do with the pizza - only delivery. So just pick up in person and you'll be fine. Simple.
On Thursday night the 1st of December. We were driving from Gladstone and asked our daughter to order pizza's for dinner. She ordered around 9.45pm. We arrived to her unit and she was waiting at her door saying the pizza delivery person was 6 minutes away. Our daughter stood outside her door waiting but no delivery happened. She was watching the tracker and it then said the order was delivered. Needless to say we had to go hungry that night. Went into the store the next day and was told they had gone to the door and nobody answered and they had tried to phone our daughter's phone unfortunately the wrong number was in the system. But our daughter was waiting outside of her door and nobody came. The person we spoke to at the store was adamant the driver went to the door. He promised to speak to the driver and phone us back that afternoon. Well let's just say that didn't happen. So no pizza no refund down $47.25.
I know people make mistakes, we all do it. But when you give a customer the wrong order - my order - and they return TEN MINUTES later with the food, hand it back to you, you place it in the delivery shelf, wait a minute them attempt to serve this food, that has left the business, right back to me, you should lose your job. I don't care waiting for my order to be remade, not my fault, not placing blame either, but to serve cold food that has been handled by other people after returning it to the store is grotty and lazy. Why even try to do this? Words. Absolutely disgusting!! I wonder if this is an offence under some act? I might just have a look into that. Could have been an amicable interaction, no worries, but to do this ... Why not just spit in the food? Should be treated as if you did. Done with this lot. Pick up your game.

Do not order pizza from Pizza Hut Ashgrove. I ordered pizza from here via Uber Eats, it never arrived, I was charged for it, and the manager refused to take responsibility for their food and their delivery partner and the payment that was charged to my account as soon as I ordered from Pizza Hut, and then hung up on me. He refused even to look into it or offer a replacement. It was one simple pizza. The manager was extremely, extremely disrespectful and aggressive with me. Customer service needs to be put first, or just general decency to other people would be a good start.
Absolutely shocking store. Ordered at 8:05 on Saturday night 16/7/22 with an expected delivery time of 9:05. Received a call at 8:40 saying they only had thin crust available which we said was fine. Waited until around 9:30 before trying to call the store to follow up on the order and nothing. The tracker online said preparing your order to deliver clearly just on an automatic timer. After 15 minutes of trying to call the store and speaking to customer service who hung up once was informed that the store had gone 'offline' as they ran out of dough. We received no communication that this was happening and don't understand why our order could not be transferred to a different store. Really not impressed and not the first time we've had issues with this store. Will not be ordering from this Ashgrove store again. Would advise others to look at other Pizza Hut stores or other alternatives altogether.
Giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. Ordered 2 pizzas online. App said they would be delivered in 60 mins. Checked the app 50 mins later and could see they hadn’t started making the pizza. Called the store and was advised it would be another 70 mins. I was asked whether I wanted to cancel my order. I said yes. I was advised I would get a full refund. This all occurred a month ago. Still haven’t received a refund. I will never buy from these clowns again.
