Worst service ever. Was hung up on twice. Pizzas were wrong. They wouldn't refund money. The manager was so unhelpful and explained she would have to contact the owners for refund. Why have a manager? She argued with me until she was blue in the face and finally refunded me for 1 out of 3 pizzas. Wish it was still an eagle boys franchise never had a problem in 2 years with them. I would give 0 stars if that option was available.
The worst pizza I ever had in my life! I ordered a large pizza. All the toppings tasted at least three days old, tasteless, refrigerated garbage. The only taste was the olives which were horrible overpowering mud/rotten/off, and I noticed the pizza was not cooked properly at all. I ignored the advice of others to steer clear of this place, I really wanted this to be a tasty pizza, and the staff were friendly. In the end, I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund was forced to throw out the entire pizza into the garbage. I had never thrown an entire pizza into the garbage bin my life, even the dog wouldn't touch it! Yuck!
Great service since new take over. Not scabby with their toppings. Great deals for bulk orders - extra items for free or at a really reduced price. Easy phone and internet orders. Fast delivery with pizzas arriving hot.
First time there and I would perfer to travel to kirra. Ordered a number of pizza's for a party 1 was incorrect wanted stuffed crust but got pan had hair in 3 pizza's and straight away was turned off. Asked for extra topping looked very average put made sure we were charged for everything. OHS needs more attention with no hair nets worn by pizza maker or counter staff. The counter tables for customers to eat at were greasy and full of crumbs and dirty serviettes and chairs. Peoples pizza's were ready for pick up who were sitting in venue but there order sitting in the warmer pickup oven???? Its disappointing....
Ordered online to be delivered and pizza came 20 minutes late, was cold and missing garlic bread. Rang and said garlic bread was missing and they gave me the option of store credit or refund. I sad refund. A week later still had no refund, so I rang and spoke to Josie. She was very rude and refused to give a refund. Will not be buying pizza here again.
If I could do zero stars I would! Ordered online 2 HOURS ago and still waiting for delivery... Have called numerous times and excuse was that 'only one driver on tonight other one called up sick' It is Sunday.... call in another driver to cover the shift!!! When I asked for delivery charge to be reimbursed or a voucher given all 'Bonnie' had to say was 'she can't do that' worst customer service! RUDE!
Lovely staff members, polite & friendly! Love their pizzas there always fresh, quick delivery’s & a super fast pick up time! Lexie is a very helpful memeber of the store when i spoke to her on the phone :
Horrible and unprofessional service. Placed an order for delivery which is well past it’s expected arrival time. Currently trying to chase it up with the store but keep getting put on hold and hung up on. Have already paid over $40 and it’s looking like we won’t be getting our pizzas tonight.
Friday 28 April ,2017. The worst pizza I have ever had in my life, ordered a bbq meat lovers and it was dry and had no taste to it, even our dogs wouldn't eat it. Never go there again.
The guys always deliver and don't get salty if u ring up too make sure I definitely rate this for some late night pizza
