Ordered half & half. You would like chicken & bacon pizza would have at least one piece of bacon. Mega meat lover pizza was covered in bbq sauce. Might as well had nothing else on it because you could drink the sauce when you had a bit. We ordered a spicy Papper Paneer pizza.. and got a pieces of pepperoni on it and I am allergic from it...and in return of that pizza they give the same type of pizza with 3-4 pieces of Paneer on extra large pizza I can see other reviews so I think this domino's need to change the menu to not sell any paneer pizza at store bcoz they always out of stock. Very disappointed
Ordered and charged for XL pizzas got large instead. Team member wasn't very helpful when questioned in regards to the order. It was our fault apparently couldn't be bothered arguing. In the future try listening to what your customers are telling you not impressed, ripped off basicly. Pizzas were ok. Just terrible service / people skills. Over priced for the size we get in Melbourne or any other pizza shop for that matter. There large is the size of a small. Next time I'm up ill try else where. Not happy
My family and I order from this Dominos all the time. Today my order was completely wrong with ingredients that we’re removed because of allergies completely filling the pizza. Some of the extra ingredients were missing and it was on the wrong base. I then called dominos to tell them the issue and ask if they can send us the correct one which they have done in the past. As I called today I was told I was wrong and the pizzas are correct. I have pineapple and pepperoni covering the pizza after trying to remove it with a fork and I’m wrong. On the confirmation email it shows the removal of these and other ingredients. I was told over the phone that they had checked the pizza twice and I was wrong and there was nothing incorrect with the pizzas. All I asked was for a replacement. I have evidence to prove that the pizzas are very incorrect and I was told bad luck. This is awful customer service and now we can’t eat the food we have paid for. We all make mistakes and all I asked was a replacement so we could eat what we ordered without being allergic to it. I can’t explain how inconsiderate they were considering they were wrong!!!!
Ordered a burger joint bacon cheeseburger pizza specifically because the sauce they put on top is amazing, only to find they barely drizzled it on, flicked and ran by the looks of it.Food: 3/5
I picked up the best dominos pizza ive ever had. I had a 3 meat with Frank's hot sauce and stuffed crust. Was awesome and i never eat dominos. I went back the following week he made me another 1. Don't write off the pizza until you've gone to tweed and ask for the franks hot sauce pizza made by the guy with black hair. Top fella too. 10.5 out of ten for dominos.
The young lady on Friday night was superb. The 3 pizzas were of high quality. Did not disappoint. Well done.Food: 5/5
Found the Domino’s app really good with lots of options on it. There were lots of drinks & side orders as well. I like the app as it tells you how long it takes to make & cook. I ordered a traditional value meal & it was ready for pickup in about 5 minutes. It looked good & tasted great to! Thanks!
Have only did pick-up from this store and found counter staff to be friendly and helpful. Normal expected standard of dominos pizzasFood: 4/5
Ordered a supreme with double pepperoni and was charged for the extra pepperoni. Pizza came with not a single slice of pepperoni !. Also requested no Italian sausage but as you can see from the photo there is sausage that is clearly not pepperoni!
