Ordered a bacon and Aioli pizza, it had barely any bacon on it. The rest of our pizzas were fine. Yummy pizza, good quality, just not enough toppings on certain pizzas especially our bacon one we got. Half the pizza didn't even get 1 piece of bacon on a slice. Very disappointed Want a refund or a new pizza with the toppings but I think its too late now...
This shop scams everyone, I bet they take feedback for free and never give free stuff according to company policy. I asked the manager and that C-ùnt started yelling at me saying to go and ask Restuarant Brand ltd who made the policy. Instead of apologizing, this motherFkr was yelling on customers. Worst ever customer service. Pukekohe Pizzahut store is biggest Scammer.
No staff were wearing masks or gloves. Gave us an open packet of fudge and wanted us to still take it. Plus non cooked cold toppings

Me and my husband are regulars there Bobby Dazzler the order is always the same. Quality is always 100 everytime, absolutely love pizza hut pukekohe the favourite around town. Owner obviously knows how to run his/ or her business well. Spectacular service, cleanliness gold, Fast and efficent all the time. Big ups to the business, we both hope for a greater future and success for pizza hut pukekohe.

Barely any cheese when I paid for extra cheese. I get it, commodity prices are high right now. Just put up the cost of the pizza instead of sending them out with barely any cheese or toppings. Really really bad will never be returning. I've been to other pizza huts that has way more cheese on the pizza even when you don't select extra cheese
Very poorly made and uneven dough
It's busy and my daughter has peanut allergies so I asked if they could not cut the pizza to avoid possible contamination and it was no problem at all. Staff were friendly even though it was busy and pizza was yum. Thanks for accommodating a slightly difficult customer when you are busy, much appreciated !
Pizza took a while to get here, but it is dinner time, and it was worth the wait. Friendly service, no complaints. My dad liked his pizza, and he can be fussy sometimes. 10/10, would recommend.
