SONY DSCPishon Patisserie had launched its first shop in the heart of Korean business district, Eastwood, in 2009 and it has now expanded its operations in the Strathfield, Hornsby and Glebe areas.

Pishon Patisseire manufactures and produces its own products to deliver the freshness to our customers on daily basis. In the belief of the harmony in ‘New and Old’, Pishon patisserie always tries to preserve the wisdom of the olds and create energy of the news.

Pishon Patisserie continually studies and excogitates to bring healthy and quality products to the customers as we believe that Chef is someone who ensures the healthy lives of other people through foods. Since opening of the Hornsby warehouse in 2013, wide range of new products is now being produced. Also, through partnership with Australia’s best coffee company and new Italian style blending at its finest, we are able to create synergy between coffee, cakes and breads.

Pishon Patisserie would not be standing where it is now without the love of the customers.

Ordered the mocha cake. I had called in a day in advance and prebooked the cake. I chose Pishon Chatswood based on my past experience, which was good. All I needed the cake to be was coffee flavour. When I picked up the cake I was disappointed with it's presentation. But, hoping it tasted good, I went ahead with the purchase. On cutting the cake I realized it's a ring cake with the center filled with cream. On top of it all, the cake barely had any flavor of coffee. Only the darkish swirl on the top of the icing had some coffee in it. For a $48.5 cake I expected more. Will not order cake again from here. This kind of cake retails for $22 in other stores with the ring shape clearly visible.
We bought the matcha chiffon cake. The cream and the sponge was light and airy and sweet. The hot chocolate was warm and not too sweet. The price of one piece of cake is a bit high at $8.8.
1st time here cause I wanted to try bingsu. Place is small, but clean, staff are friendly I suppose. Service is not bad either. Bingsu was good, not too sweet even my partner who doesn't like sweet stuff liked it.
Dropped by for a quick bingsoo craving. The place was nice and cosy and the bingsoo came out really quick. Just wish we chose a different flavour as they had to use frozen mango since it's not in season.
Beautiful cafe, friendly people, great cakes, lattes and drinks with all the decadent options. The Chestnut cake we had was sooooo yummy. We'll be back when next in Chatswood.

I expect more sweet flavour and silky texture than shaved iced. Portion wise it’s big.
Rude staff that took our order... telling me "just wait" when trying to give them a two drink order. Thankfully the girl making the drinks was so lovely but I definitely WOULD NOT recommend. There's so many other cafes in chatswood
We came here because it was the only place open at the time we were in the area most places just closed! It is in a great location, right above the train station. The staff were decently friendly and the cafe was clean. There was plenty of seating available too. We ended up getting bingsoo. We chose the mango bingsoo which was HUGE and had a good amount of flavour without being overly sweet. It also had the frozen mango pieces, sprinkles and little wafer pieces as toppings. The texture of the ice was good - not too airy but not too dense. The base had cornflakes for some added texture! The food was good, well presented and very decently sized not exactly a complaint, but I’d say it might even be too big. Would recommend if you like bingsoo and need a cafe that is open later in the night!
