I've been coming to Pickford Pharmacy for many years, and I highly recommend it. Tam, Melissa, and their team are extremely friendly and provide great customer service. They really value their customers, and they make a great effort to get to know their regulars personally and make us feel welcome every time. In terms of service, they go above and beyond - There have been times they were out of stock of a medication I needed, and actually ran to a nearby pharmacy to get it for me. They have even dropped medication off to me on their way home when I was unable to make it to the pharmacy to pick it up myself. Even though I live further away from the pharmacy than when I first started coming here, I always make the effort to come here instead of pharmacies nearer to home because they definitely deserve my patronage. Thanks so much to all of you at Pickford Pharmacy for the great service over the years!

Can't speak highly enough of Tam, Jenny and all the other friendly and wonderful staff. They go out of their way to share their vast advice and knowledge, as well as providing the trust needed to become a great Pharmacy. The customer service and care at Pickford pharmacy has always been outstanding. I bought a 7 pack of rapid antigen tests from them yesterday and all 7 were in there. I have always found the staff to conduct themselves in the most professional, honest and ethical manner.
