Lady behind the counter sold me the wrong product and then refused to refund me because 'the packaging was soiled'. I would accept this If I had mistaken chosen the product myself, but given this was recommended and it is in no way a solution to my issue I think this is outrageous. Will not be returning.
The most horrible place to work and also shop as a customer, treated absolutely appallingly in both instances.
They sure have a unique business strategy since the guy manning the customer service kiosk is constantly telling people off even when the customers are being nice.
Like everyone else, I find the service here very rude and condescending. Please learn some customer service and basic manners. Won't be coming here again.
The old lady who helped me find the product I was looking for was nice but the pharmacist was so awful. He was so loud that everyone in the shop could hear him and what my condition was. Won’t go back as far as he’s there.
