New staff, better service now. Vege dishes are very good. We love it. To our surprise, they have more fried noodle dishes than any other dishes. Please ask for their signature dishes when you are there. Enjoy.

The menu is great with lots to choose from. Food great coffee great too.

My partner and I had an early dinner there for the first time today. We ordered the chicken salad, wontons, chicken satay and a beef, rice and salad combo dish. It came out very quickly, within around 10 minutes after ordering and it was delicious! It was very flavourful, fresh and very good value for money. We will definitely be returning. Poor service and average food. They managed to get the order wrong twice. Gave the wrong noodle soup to start with. Also took away one meal and then completely forgot to replace it as they delivered to the wrong table. Ended up having to get it for takeaway as the whole table had finished eating. No apologies from the staff. Won't be back forever.

It was just OK for me. I ordered pho tai, which usually basically raw beef and Vietnamese noodle soup. It came with those plus something else, which I didn't like. Soup, beef and the noodles were good, but the "extra" thing wasn't. Will order something different if I come again.

Food was delicious, generous portions and decent prices; however, the staff was less than mediocre. Not at all friendly nor welcoming, and not a single smile during our 1 hour visit. Food would be 5 but the service was more 1. Won't likely return.

Went there for dinner on a weekday. It's not very busy and the environment was quite nice there. Staff members are very friendly. Our food came not long after we put order through. However, the food we ordered egg noodle soup has got way too much MSG and we had to drink a lot of water afterwards. It was a bit of disappointing

We heard last night that you’re changing your food from Vietnamese to something else.. We are extremely saddened as we love your restaurant. It’s one of the only places in ardross/Applecross where you can get a healthy lovely soup or meat/rice/salad all in one meal. We will have to find our next Vietnamese if you change because none of us want to have dim sum for dinner.

Entre was amazing! Although the main meals went downhill very quick.. the veggie noodle soup had no taste and the veggies where frozen and no texture or sweetness, the broth tasted like warm Tap water with a splash of veggie stock, The crab udon broth was delicious although the noodles where gluggy and the meat wasn’t that great... Would be back to eat entre.. but that is it.

Chain is slowly maturing. I'm gladened to see that SOME basil is making a re-appearance. I have noted three things. 1. Portion seems to have gone down a fraction 2. Noodles used in Pho are not medium sized noodles but thinner almost bee hoon thin. 3. Service improved but some staff seem to be slack. Rather than offering table service, one staffer advised "write down your order and bring to counter".. which would be fine had they bothered to see if there was a pencil on the table. Instead, a more diligent staffer picked up the slack and took the order. Wasn't even a busy evening with only 3 other occupied tables. Definitely room to timprove to canning Vale standard.
