Great store. I went in to get some Glow dog food for my boxer. I was greeted by Friendly informative staff. Ample parking. Clean store. Fast customer service, what more could you ask for?
Some years ago, I lost my dog in surgery at the other vet, so I was very hesitant to go to any vet. Luckily, I found Dr Daniela and her awesome team. They found breast cancer in my dog, they showed me where it is and took the time to talk to me about all the options. I was worried when surgery was the best option, but seeing how happy my doggie was with all the girls and how much they felt like family, it put my heart at ease. After surgery they kept checking on my furbaby and now 1 month later she does not even have a scar – great surgical skills at work see the picture. It was the best decision I every made putting my dog into the capable hands of the PetStock Vet Craigieburn team. The pathologist even said that my dog is now cancer free! Thanks for saving her life – she means everything to me.
Thankyou to the lovely young lady who looked after our little dog Bella while we did some shopping. Also thankyou to the vet nurses who gave Bella a once over while she was there. Service way way above and beyond our expectations.
Got there just before closing and both sales assistants took the time to help us out without rushing us. Great advice was given to us. It seemed obvious that they both knew their stuff and offered detailed advice. PETstock also have a great members reward system and big discounts. We saved $80+ on our purchase.

All the staff provided amazing service and gave me some great advice for dealing with my dog. The grooming team were able to fit in a quick trim for my puppy at the last minute when my booking was cancelled at another location. They also showed me a few tips and tricks to use at home. The trainer and store staff provided great advice for teaching my dog and looking forward to taking him to his classes.
The staff of petstock are very helpful they also have a vet section which I need and they too are friendly and a loving nature towards you and your pet. I had to put my loving cat to sleep and the compassion of our vet was genuine towards me and my pet Dottie. Recommend them as highly professional but very in tuned with my other pet dog Gizmoe.
The staff are experienced and lovely, especially Emily, who helped me loads with my fish queries. I've never felt rushed or like a nuisance. The vets are also lovely and when we lost our cat they were so compassionate.
