Every single time we go to this store the multiple staff members working are ignorant and unhelpful. No greeting as you walk in or browse. No acknowledgement when you’re standing at the counter to ask for help or purchase something…and if you can finally get the attention of one of them to ask for advice they just tell you they have no idea about pet products anyway? Why are you working at a Pet supplies store if you don’t know anything about pet food, supplements or harnessing?nnAfter a dozen times of going back here to purchase pet supplies and being treated like we’re invisible we decided to put our stuff back, drive further out to Petbarn and spend more money on the same product for their good service!!!nnWe recently bought a flea treatment when our puppy got fleas at the dog park. Originally we wanted one brand in particular and were sold something double the price on recommendation of the manager. After application it stunk the whole house out and did not even get rid of the handful of fleas on on our puppy so we returned it. The person who sold it to us told us it’s not their problem and to contact the company directly. Waste of $126.nnGoogle would better serve you than this place. We have given them too many chances.

Always brilliant. The guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly the one at Epsom is not so good with people who really don’t know their stuff. We now go to the Bendigo one and won’t go back to Epsom. And we know what we’re talking about as we have always had animals.
