My partner bought me an Indian Ring neck parrot from here only 3 months ago.nFrom the moment we got him, we thought he was unwell, we were told he got attacked by another bird in the same cage as him he is still just a baby they tried to tell us he was 3 months old when we got him, but the vet says he is between 3-4 months now!nHis beak was severely damaged and will never heal properly.nWe have just found out the reason his feathers are falling out and not growing is because he could possibly have beak and feather disease so if that is the case, I do have to put my little mate down and I will be taking further action.nAfter hearing similar reviews, I do not recommend buying a bird from this place!nVery sad & disappointed.nWill be in contact with the store!!
Zero star review. Horrible husbandry standards with birds and fish in filthy, overcrowded enclosures. No enrichment or toys provided with birds clearly showing stereotypical behaviours through boredom. Fish dead or dying in their tanks. Do better

we decided to take a quick visit, and as soon as we walked in we were getting a bad vibe. the birds were in small cages with minimal perches, dirty floors and all looked sad. we came across the most gorgeous illigers macaw and the poor thing was dead silent and miserable. there was pairs of major mitchell cockatoos all sharing a cage that not even a finch should be in. the bird room smelt awful and had zero natural light. most of the cages had one perch to be shared by up to 6 birds, and i only saw one bird with a toy in its cage. i felt awful leaving birds in there. don’t recommend.
This place is absolutely disgusting… birds are in cages way too small for them or just over crowded… there was a whole bird room that had no natural lighting what so ever. It was raining outside and cold in the store and the lady working had the aircon on and almost all the birds were cold and shivering. I spoke to the lady to ask about a bird and she was so rude it wasn’t even busy and she was so short and had no respect for the animals and couldn’t even tell me about the birds. The reviews like this 1 have gone on for around 6 years and clearly no change has been made. This place needs to be changed or seriously inspected.
