Giving a one star in regards to a specific officer who gave my problematic neighbours a terrible piece of advice, basically encouraging them to continue doing the one thing I’ve been reporting them for years for. Didn’t even bother to try and find out my families side of the story which could’ve aided in saving someone’s life. This behaviour doesn’t speak very well for an officer of the law, very disappointed.
Wake up call at 5 am which the staff refused to cancel. Breakfast was second rate. No choice of activities and the staff were very rude, ordering me around and not letting me leave to see the nearby nature reserve. The front desk refused to send up room service and no wine was served with dinner. I will not be recommending this hotel at all. Wifi speeds were acceptable, and the view was nice. Shuttle bus to the hotel was appreciated.
I want to commend the officers of the Petrie police station for their caring, patient approach to helping me upon the recent death of my Daughter. Thank you, your care and concern mean a lot to me and my family at such a time. Your ongoing assistance is invaluable.
Officer known as Jay or jade is inexperienced and insenivtive. Has no communication skills and is quite frankly as person who shouldn't be on the force after calling me in regards to partners death, rude is a understatement and her attitude needs a makeover also. Horrible person to be on our front line with no skills to even communicate sufficiently.
Poor advice and very arrogant. I went in there to ask about a car crash on the Petrie roundabout. Thay could not tell me if I was in the wrong and thay really just don't know. These cops would go through that intersection more then one time in a single day. I'm sure thay would be able to tell me something if there was a fine behind it. This station would have to be the worse I have ever dealt with.
Got put through to pice link as I am concerned about the whereabouts and safety of my children. Told seek legal advice. This after children and mum were set alight in a car. You would think the lolice would be more proactive to avoid situations like this. Very very very frustrating
I was assaulted and they turned it around to make me the one who assaulted !! Can I mention names!? They took her side because of her ‘profession and lovely manner’ yet she was already on a DVO, which I found out later!! This particular officer laughed at me and called me a liar. My PTSD still goes on today. Don’t ring them!!
Rude and unhelpful. Don't bother going in if you've not been able to reach them on the phone, they act as if you're inconveniencing them.
They dont answer phones so i drive in and the office is full of staff... Quiet ridiculous to be honest
When you need to report a crime, no one is there to answer.. been on the phone half an hour and still no answer.. great service guys..
