Although our event did not occur in the actual station, our family would like to commend the response and courteous manner of the police. We were involved in a traffic situation in which our car was damaged. The officers involved were amazing!!!
Absolutely pointless. I went there today to seek advice on what I can do about being stalked and assaulted and the cop that asked me questions was more interested in interupting me and talking about other irrelevant stuff. Not sure if typical cop or that this place has useless cops. But I wouldn't trust anyone that works here to know what their ears are used for. Guess I'll wait till I get killed before he'll give me advice on who to speak with about this.
Don't bother calling them for help. Police only serve themselves!

Just got pulled over by their officer. For not stopping at a stop sign. Been going home from work that way for 7 years never ran into trouble. Was not endangering anyone, it was a safe turn. And the officer says, by not stopping I am endangering the public. And slaps me the fine nearly 350 dollars and 3 demerits. I circle around back to work to see this stop sign that I missed for years... And facepalm.. It's a give way sign... now I try and call their office to explain. Only just after hours. And it's on answering machine. Cant even leave a message because their voicemail already full 6pm at night.... obviously they never bothered emptying or even checking voicemail... This station needs a good retraining from top to bottom
These cops think they can do to you, what they want, outside the law. Ignore, no entry signs. Bash the public. Illegal entry,A disgraceful station. Don't help in child abuse cases. Very heavy handed toward the general public.
Walking in the front door and speaking to the front office was not pleasant. It was like he told me to shoo when I first walked in. I had came in the station more than 2 times in the week and he looked more and more like he could not deal with me anymore. All of the other officers I spoke to was, at least, did not have a 'grumpy' looking atitude.
Please note if you are happy with the service and wish to reward staff by leaving a tip - don't bother as it will not be accepted and will deeply offend them. Krispy Kreme donuts are a much more popular option.
Could not be happier with the response I got when I called the Boondall Police Station this afternoon. Small problem but the cop took down the details quickly & politely with a good sense of humour and called me back in less than half an hour with a solution. Thanks very much guys.
Very unhelpful station. Was shrugged off without a care in the world. How can you serve the community like that with that kind of service!!
