Customer Service is important... My wife and I were looking for supplies for a turtle. Unlike Pet Stock, we had someone come up and ask if there was anything we needed help with. It would have been good to get a helping hand.
Can not thank everyone here enough . The staff here were amazing and even went so far as to help me lift my 80kg St Bernard into the tub for a wash. He was leaving puddles behind so I had to leave quite quickly and didn't get to say thank you to everyone that helped. The facilities itself are well maintained and clean which was an added bonus.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Pets are welcome in the store. Water bowls out front for your pets convenience. Have pet bathing station. Range of live fish. Cover most basic everyday pet needs.
We wash out dog here. Indoor washing facility which is nice in the colder months. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
We did a click and collect and was so easy. Friendly and helpful staff as well.
The staff is always very friendly. Adopted one of my terrors from here and received a bunch of advice and tips. Never had any issues with quality of items purchased either.

A solid range of products... but FYI cat owners, this store allows people with dogs to let their animals into the store unleashed/ lax-leashed. I was in line and had 2 big dogs jump up at me. When i backed away, the owner and the 2 checkout persons all said variations of "don't be silly. its a friendly dog, just pat it". Not cool. It might be "friendly" but I don't want to smell like dog, be jumped on, or be treated like I'm weird because I have a reasonable fear and dislike of a strange canine.
Abbey the groomer is excellent and cares for your dog - one on one - which is excellent when you have an anxious dog.
