Guy, the Manger and his team were outstanding with my autistic client when she came in to adopt a cat. They were attentive, spoke to her not me which was very important and bent over backwards to assist her ! They went above and beyond ! Emma now has Frankie the cat and he’s her perfect match. I cannot speaknhighly enough of the service we received. They were wonderfull. Thank you so much Guy, Alex and the rest of the team !
Date: 2024/07/14nnI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the inappropriate behavior of the store manager. Her attitude was extremely rude, especially towards my child today.nnShe does not demonstrate the kindness and customer service expected in her role. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope higher management will address this issue
Agree with another reviewer, the female supervisor is extremely rude. Have been there three times, one time I was served by a lovely and helpful guy, the other 2 times she has served me and was rude and condescending. Would rather go out of my way to Mornington or Frankston than be served by her again. Petbarn I would be looking at who is running your stores, everyone else is extremely nice there but the supervisor.
More than just a store to buy pet supplies. The staff actually care about you and your pet.nI ordered online food which included puppy food, it was delivered promptly and to my surprise it included a puppy pack with several items for my new puppy. So very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank You
