Today I had the pleasure of taking my dog in and getting the amazingly professional and helpful assistance from Arthur -- he was wonderful. And my dog, who doesn't normally warm to strangers, adored him and gladly took a treat keeping her social distance, as per the sign on the floor. Note: I have run across one very rude person at this store in the past, still working there I believe, which left me reluctant to visit instead, ordering online, from various vendors, as I'm sure quite a few customers would have done -- Yet TODAY we ventured in, and had a wonderful experience to be greeted by someone as helpful and lovely as Arthur was. So thanks for looking after my dog -- and for your expert information and assistance, which was extremely helpful and excellent customer service.
Always have a great experience at Petbarn! Love taking my pup in there with me. And I love how the staff often come over to pat him.
Enjoy shopping at Petbarn as there are usually a lot choices to select from for my cat. The staff were friendly and helpful each time I was there especially the staffs at Petbarn Brighton Bay.
Great pet shop. Lots of variety with stock..specials and larger sized products. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who Even assist in carrying cat Litter bags to car. Just park Close by... its great to find a store where you are able to say Animals are nicer than loads of people.

My dog is a staffy he looks quite mean but far from what he actually looks like He was nervous inside the shop and the two young ladies behind the counter been just super friendly and fantastic to him, spoiling him with treats They were way more than nice helpful and kind even carried the 20kg bag to the car seeing how my dog was
I bought a couple of toys and some medication for my cat. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and able to help me with everything I needed. The store was tidy and a pleasure to shop in. Signed up for a membership and will definitely be back.
The staff of the Brighton store are amazing and take great care to provide our Frenchie Coco with the right products, not to mention spoiling her with cuddles and scratches
Was at the Brighton store..served by the lovely Nicolas. He was so helpful and patient as I was trying harness of different sizes and styles. My dog was into everything as I was trying to do this and I was asking lots of questions...and I'm pretty sure some of them were stupid ones..lol. All the staff there were lovely and so helpful. Need up getting the right harness and dog food aswell. Would recommend this store to anyone.
Always has a great range of doggie treats
