A beautifully nurturing environment for pets and owners alike. The team are exceptionally patient and always provide advice with the best intention. 

We took our 5 y.o adopted pup for what may have been his first hair cut.. A very grumpy, sore and messy boy entered with untreated broken tail with knots attaching it to his back, dreads in/on his ears, underarms and tummy - and more. Upon leaving he was a new kid - all shiny and handsome with bounding movement I thought had preceded him.

After my previous groomer closed her business I was distressed at the thought of having to find a new groomer who gave my girls the same level of care and attention they were accustomed to. I interviewed three groomers over the phone and decided to give the Pet Station a go.  

From the time we walked in Peter and Katherine made the girls feel so welcome.  I was impressed by how Katherine got onto the floor with the girls to greet them and make them feel comfortable - they instantly fell in love with her.  Observing how well they interacted with my girls I instantly trusted Peter and Katherine with them.  Now my girls go there every month for their grooming session and they always come back to me smelling amazing.

Unfortunately our dog, Bozo, has had some negative experiences with a previous dog clipper. He could not wait to be reunited with us after these traumatic experiences. I found "Pet Station " on the web. This proved to be a fantastic choice. Immediately we entered the premises, the groomer sat down and made friends with Bozo. Once gaining his confidence she took him through to the grooming area and settled him onto a mat whilst he waited for the clipper. I was so impressed with the attitude of the staff to make Bozo feel at home. The entire shop is very pet friendly and all the staff are geared towards providing a positive experience for your pet. 
Bozo had a most professional clip and bath and most importantly, when we went to collect him, did not rush at us. He was pleased to see us but not anxious to be liberated. We were most impressed with the attitude and professionalism of Pet Station.

The staff are wonderful - they worked miracles with my (terror) Terrier and he came back from a grooming looking like a star!
