Pet Only Aquarium

I have just been in the store and had a terrible experience, I wanted to buy a female betta but the employees at the counter ignored me and my partner, I was there for 15 minutes and wasn’t greeted. Even as we left the girl and boy were giggling on their phones, they didn’t look up. It felt like the store was empty, I didn’t end up bothering buying something as they obviously don’t want to sell anything, I have similar experiences every time I come to this store even in the old location, never seen so many dead fish

Absolutely happy with every puchase I've made here. Good quality fish & products. Sad to see its closing. Location may have had a hand in that and lack of publicity :-

They really don’t know about what they’re doing, unfortunately I’ve bought couple of fishes from them, I gave them all the information about my tank and ask them some fishes, specially mentioned about same gender plzzz because I’ve bigger fishes as well and I can see big fishes eating other baby fishes, initially the fishes start fighting then I called them, and ask for help, they didn’t helped at all, the. I again called the said contact the business owner because we just work here, then I contacted to the owner still no response and today I can see so many baby fishes and there are in danger because of big fish, it’s awful that what I asked they gave me exactly opposite of that!!!

Amazingly helpful staff. So much better than the other aquarium store in this area.

It is ok, I would not suggest going here if you are looking to start out as the customer service or level of care is just not there compared to other similar stores in Canberra.

Dead fish everywhere, female staff member seemed to not have any interest in helping me make a purchase or give any advice, after being told this store was closing down I hoped to arrive there and get a bargain, what a shock I was greeted with

Excellent range of fish, plants and aquarium accessories, and really really good service. Daniel is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. What I really like about him is that he will not bother you while you're browsing---such a refreshing change from sales people who are in your face the moment you step into their premises. But if you need his assistance, he is more than willing to help and is very generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise. If you have even a smidgin of perceptiveness, it won't take you long to work out that he genuinely has the welfare of the fish at heart!

Worst store they don’t know what they are doing just waste of time shut early as well some time 4PM some time close all day.

Store needs to update their business hours. Arrived here to find they are not open on Sundays.

Go Friday afternoons and buy and learn everything you need to know! Such great service!
