Such a friendly group of staff, everything you could think of you'd need from salt water aquariums to Macaws! It has a lot of everything sometimes we go just to look at the fish. Who always seem to be so happy and healthy. And the birds aren't looking stressed at all which is so nice to see in a pet store. And prices are super good as well. Well worth a visit.
I was absolutely disgusted on how the bearded dragons were kept very poor conditions. Just to list a couple of the things I found as a reptile keeper I found horrifying the 95% of the poor baby’s had MBD, their food was far too big for their little mouths, lighting was bad. I will point out that they did have climbing enrichment and a hide. As being someone from out of town I was excited to come here and my visit ruined my whole day. If I had the resources I would have taken them all. :
Nice big store. Plenty of great gear for sale. A massive collection of aquarium products, everything to suit the beginner to the mid range fish keeper.
The staff were informative and very helpful, and super friendly. Cages and animals were all kept very clean and well taken care of. And plenty of options for pet care. Highly recommend this shop.
What a great shop!! If you can't find something for your pet anything here you won't fing it anywhere. Such helpful staff as well!!

I’ve been shopping here the last two years as they are close to where I live. I too have had fish issues and no longer buy fish here. Today, the older lady on the counter was rude and decided to lecture me on not giving my puppy milk and wet food after I asked her for assistance as I searched the store and couldn't find either. Low and behold they didn’t have ANY wet dog food! They had ‘sold out’ and didn't sound like they would be getting it in as ‘the premium suppliers are trying to discourage wet food’. I then got the ‘when i had my puppy i fed him this’ lecture. Glad i went to Pet Barn for my premium dog food a week ago and all the other items i needed for my dog. Pet Barn had a far better and bigger range, excellent customer service and awesome discounts for regular buyers. I’m very happy to drive to Pet Barn across town for the RIGHT service!
Terrible customer service and rude unapproachable staff. Animals kept in poor conditions and some look to be in poor health. Very upsetting
Some of the younger staff gave attitude, as if I was stupid or an inconvenience while they were chatting behind the counter .
