Came here a while back to get our cat put to sleep and the staff here were so lovely. They fit us in urgently even though they were packed out that day, gave her a wonderful send off and even wrote us a lovely card after which was signed by everyone. I couldn’t have imagined a better way for this sad process to have gone. Big thanks and appreciation to Howick pet doctors.
I was with Pet Dr's for about 3 years and the care was good and people kind. But had a terrible experience with the receptionist when I went to pay and realised I didn't have my card told them I'd go home and grab it noting I wasn't new to the clinic been there 2 years at the time they wouldn't let me and insisted I ring home and get someone to give me the details, told them no one was home and I was only down the road. They still told me I'd need to give them card details before I left. I asked if I could simply go home and ring back card details? They finally let me go get my card and put my dogs medicine to the side and said you will only get this when you come back. Noting other customers were in the clinic this whole time. Was made to feel awful and I complained via their feedback process and didn't get a response. I get that people take off but you'd think after 2 years and always paying my bill I didn't have an account and always had to pay on my way out they had some type of trust in me. I finally left and hope no one else is made to feel this way.
As ALWAYS a great team looking after our fur baby"s!! We have been going for MANY years and always come out very happy with the help,care & kindness from all the staff !!! Thank you all very much!!! Karen, Maureen, Bono, Mindy & Benji
Have been visiting Pet Doctors Howick for many years and with many pets. We always have great service and are cared for in a lovely friendly environment. I recommend to all who want the best for their pet/s.
The nurses and doctors at pet doctors howick are just amazing with you as a customer and amazing to your fur babies, they take such great care towards them and show compassion. Highly recommend this vet clinic

Fab service and aftercare for pets. Looked after my dog well. Have been going here for years. You can tell that everyone working there love animals. Always get wonderful service and good intro puppy school classes.
We always receive the greatest of care for our pets from the howick team
Have had wonderful service from Pet Doctors Botany, helping us care for our elderly cats health during this challenging year. Great communication during non contact visits and our pets health and energy has really improved as we have followed the care plan and advice from the vet. A year on and we had to say goodbye to our furry family member. At 18 years our old cat Specs had a good life but his quality of life had reached a point where it was time. Again we are thankful for Pet Doctors Howick for helping us through this journey. He went to sleep peacefully with loving hands on him, miss him so much. Appreciative also of the sympathy card signed by all the team at Howick Pet Doctors, we know they cared for him too.
