Like all the other recent comments we've been using this service without issue for years. However, recently it's become unreliable and the service is terrible. They managed to take the payment on time but delayed delivery for weeks then refused to process a refund or provide a delivery date. We got a pointless $10 credit, as though we'd use the service again after that. I don't mind the delays, while frustrating things happen. What I take issue with is them processing payment but not providing the service then refusing a refund! Especially when I then have to go and buy everything myself essentially paying twice because I can't not feed my pets for a month. Dispute the transaction with your bank if they refuse a refund. Apparently that's what it takes to suddenly get delivery. I've cancelled my future orders and moved to another company, not risking having to pay twice in the same month for my cats food and supplies again. It's working out cheaper and better service anyway!! I recommend looking at other companies, might find a better deal like I did.
Have been using Pet Circle for my Auto Delivery of my cat's food, but lately it's been delayed for weeks. I get it they say they are updating their system but they should've put that notice up on the site beforehand so I can decide if I'm willing to wait and go ahead with my order! But no, all I got are emails that promises me that it should be delivered on such and such date. Had to go buy somewhere else or else my pet will starve to death! This will be the last time, going somewhere else!
Had the worst experience with Pet Circle. We’ve been using them for around 2 years to have my cats prescription diet food delivered. It was fine until around 3 months ago when my orders started being delayed without any notice, and I was constantly having to go and buy the food from Petbarn or Peto which I’d already paid for as Pet Circle would take the money and then not process my order. Recently they delayed my order for around 3 weeks, and could not give me an ETA despite them having taken my money once again. I have now cancelled all future orders with them and moved to Swaggle, who packed, shipped and delivered my order less than one week after I placed it.
My first experience with pet circle. 4 days to receive worming tablets and puppy dry food bag order. Received 20 marketing emails from them in 4 days. Called to check on my order today, they said they are waiting for the puppy food and they can’t provide me with an EDT. Requested refund. I’ll definitely not going to purchase anything from them again.
Just received a delivery of 48 cans of Science Diet Wet Cat Food. The delivery was dropped at the front door resulting in 13 damaged cans and a big mess for me to clean up. The delivery box was dropped on it's edge which burst the cans as they are light weight aluminium with a ring pull top. Saturday morning so no one you can phone and are forced to use a chat. I was refunded for the 13 cans but I would of preferred appropriate care in delivery instead.
