I am not a fan of cooking, but Hello Fresh has simplified the process and i absolutely love their meals. It is just as affordable as buying your own groceries, and there is a wide selection of meals to choose from. Highly recommend!

Where’s your contact number, this company traps you they don’t tell you upfront it’s an ongoing thing they just take your money, unfortunately I don’t earn much and I went to get my little girls nappies and formula, but my card was declined, checked my account and hello fresh took money out. It’s a TRAP for people that like me that struggle to get through life, I was so embarrassed/upset and felt like as a father I’ve failed to provide for my little girl. I HATE HELLOFRESH WITH ALL MY BEING.

I received a 40% off code that they wouldn't accept even though it was directly from Hello Fresh. I deactivated my account as I was a bit disappointed but a week later they charged me $100 and didn't send a box. I logged into my account which still showed its inactive and also showed no invoices available so there shouldn't have been any need for the charge. I tried getting in contact with them but they were no help and refused a refund.

Entry for heavy vehicles are from gate on the dead end and exit from the other gateone way traffic. Just careful inside the warehouse as lots of chep pallets near to docks. Staff is good but u need to choke wheels and hand over keys while loading and unloading.

Got it years ago was great..re got few months ago and everything was use by date in few days and vegies went off in days...never delivered properly...waste of money
