On the 13th of September, I went in at 3pm for a 3.15pm appointment. Was only seen at 3.45pm.  I didn't mind the wait, but it was the front counter administration that really made me disappointed with my visit. I told her that I was going to reload my car parking ticket and that if she could just ask the radiologist to wait if I was called.  She then called the radiologist to ask about my appointment and told me that I'll be seen in another 5 minutes. I told her that my parking has already expired, so I need to reload it now Joondalup is notorious for parking fines. To which she replied very rudely 'Well if you can go and come back by 5 minutes then go ahead. It's up to you.'  What poor customer service from a place that made me wait 45 minutes to begin with. Not even an ounce of courtesy an apology was out of the question at this point  Never again will I go back here. Or recommend anyone to go here. I've lodge a private complaint to Perth Radiological Clinic last week, but I guess this particular branch doesn't care about customer feedback.  I'll suggest anyone who wants to get a scan in the area to go to the Inaloo branch instead. The service was so much better there, and you will be treated with kindness and respect.

On 1now at 12:30 we came to the clinic for MRI scan ...we had some doubts regarding the time and appointment so went to speak with receptionist regarding  my time but the lady in the reception was rude not even had patient to listen our query she just intrupted  while I tasking and gave a irrelevant  answer...she had rational feeling sorry to say that ...will neve sujjest any one to come here

Been twice and so far so good. Minimal wait times and the sonographer was very friendly.
