The worst medical center i've ever seen in my life. It takes ages to receive a medical report. I'm still waiting for my report, it's already 5 months. They were ignoring me for a while. At the end I had to re-do my drug test because they lost my results. I asked for my medical results and it was a pure comedy - they send me tax invoice for an additional drug test. Cannot reach their financial department to push my medical results further.
They get 1 star because there isnt an option to give 0. Cancelled my appointment the day before as they didn't have some of the 10 vaccines listed on the medical. Never asked me for my vaccination records to confirm if i had them or not.
Never again!!!! I had to re-do my bloods 3 times because job fit failed to ensure all components of the test were on the referral to begin with. To find this information out I had to call multiple times to keep following up on the progress of my medical for them to tell me every time they were still missing some results. Due to their incompetency I have now missed two flights for an overseas contract which has obviously put a delay on me starting my new job.
Writing a review for my mum who went to jobfit joondalup today. She said she felt like she was dealt with unfairly. She was there for 30mins and it should have been longer. They used higher sized steps than necessary for a utility cook and clean FIFO job. They failed to complete all parts of the test, didn't test eyesight etc. Inconsistent. Guy told her constantly "you won't be able to do this" when stepping up the high step for 3 mins. Pretty unprofessional to actively discourage people while they are doing a medical test because they are female and over 50.
We work all over Australia and engage various organisations to perform D&A testing. By far and above Jobfit are the worst we have ever dealt with. We had an urgent job and was told we would get results back quickly, but 1 week later we don't have them and have now had to send those employees back home, it has cost us thousands of dollars. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
Takes ages to release medical results to an employer. Resulting me in starting work for a new employer later and without income. Apparently needed more information but did not bother to contact me to get that information for over a week.
Incompetent organisation that cannot even complete a booking properly and then won't answer the phone. Beggars belief
Have done alot of medicals of various different categories but never had one last 3.5 hours. Max legal parking in the surroundings is 3 hours. Staff were friendly and facilities nice.
I wish I could give this place no stars…… I’ve never experienced a company to be so bad at their job. I would highly recommend to seek else where.
Been there twice, each time has taken over 3.5hrs. Passed me fit to work once then passed me unfit. Consistant.
