It was my first time to visit the clinic. I was diagnosed with TMD and I've been looking for a specialist that can help me with this. I'm not quite at ease at first, but Dr. Ramesh has been very helpful. He made me feel that everything will be okay. This is a must place to visit when you have oral medicine conditions. Thank you! Will refer this clinic to all my friends and relatives.

I cannot recommend Ramesh Balasubramanian highly enough! Very caring, knowledgable and professional and he ran on time. I was very impressed

Okay so let's be matter of fact here! Receptionist = was nice , her manners were polite & even helpful ! I had forgotten my referral as I had left in a hurry leaving my crying daughter at home with her dad , the receptionist called my regular medical centre to get them to fax it through although they didn't fax it right away she made sure I went through the appointment so I am happy with that as I had traveled quite a distance to get there & great for the doctor as he would have lost on the patients fees had they not accomodated that. Doctor Ramesh = nicely greeted me as I went through! But that was about all the service I received from him! He asked about my issue which I explained to him in detail Tmj for years wrongly diagnosed previously because of which Had to take my wisdom teeth out only to find out after the operation that it was not needed etc etc long story short he quickly looked through my teeth as his assistant stood by waiting, then He asked me to sit down & basically said there isn't much that can be done! That I need to manage the pain & his assistant which stood there in the background there will take it from there & tell me what needs to happen & he just left ! That's it it literally took between 3-5 minutes from the time I met him to the time the consult was finished! Then the assistant recommended I should do some exercises & also will need to order a mouth guard which would cost me 1800-2800 depending 😐 no X-rays were done , the doctor never came back, I was asked it's Beat to order the mouth guard today which I refused politely as I was already really disappointed 😔! Then I was escorted to the reception where I was charged $350 ! & that was it It was bloody awful the doctor although a nice man I felt as though was just ticking the boxes it all seemed very mechanical & not personalised to the patients needs or diagnoses! It felt as though it was a standard procedure for everyone one size fits all diagnoses! No X-rays no thorough check ups just tick tick tick and bam $350 please!! I felt I was ripped off! My GP provides better care & knowledge then that!! I don't know 🤷‍♀️ why it's called Perth oral med & dental sleep centre ! It's nothing but a a charging meter centre ! Or at least in my experience it was. I would never go there again or recommend them.
