I have had the best experience with absolutely all of the staff I initially came in for an X-ray I seen Dr ford and his assistant D which were excellent, kind and professional. I initially booked to seek advice about jaw pain and wisdom teeth, turns out I didn’t have any wisdom teeth I was referred to Dr Chan he answered all of my questions and I felt so comfortable. I wanted some correction done the next morning I got braces so fast! ( I did run and get the large X-rays done on the same day) I’m 21 years old working full time so I’m so glad that I got everything done fast. The receptionist Marina responded to my email at 8pm the night before to book an appointment first thing in the morning fairly urgently from my jaw pain and I was SO impressed! Marina helped me with the process to set up a My smile plan (interest free payment plan) and the braces were paid for the next day from my initial consultation. Every person at the clinic that I spoke to was so kind and professional I come from a service based industry so I know my stuff! You guys are doing a great job thank you for making this process so seamless I would definitely suggest any of my friends and family pay Iconic dentistry a visit! :-)

I highly recommend Dr Chan and his team ! I have recently had a lot of work to replace fillings & some crowns with no problems. Friendly advice and accurate quotes on all procedures prior to commencement. What a relief !

Iconic Dentistry was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago and I would not go anywhere else. Their service is very professional and goes above and beyond what is expected. Dr. Chan, his wife and their team take exceptional care when looking after their patients.

I have been coming to Iconic Dentistry for years and they have never failed to look after my smile. It is a very warm and friendly environment - whilst the staff remain extremely professional. You know you are getting the best and latest in dental care here.

App with Dr Chan, procedure was done a little differently than other places but the outcome was by far the best I have encountered - perfect. I would not go anywhere else again! Thank you again Iconic and Dr Chan.
