I’ve come here twice and have had terrible experience both times. First they didn’t take my appointment because I didn’t have eco. After I got it, they sent my report to the GP rather than the specialist, that I specifically told them to. That made me miss the specialist's analysis. If you come to this Perth Cardiovascular Institute - Murdoch you will be in trouble. Do not go to the extreme poor service
Staff at the Bentley location were great. BUT, 1 week later, when my GP had still not gotten the results, I called them and was told there was a problem with the GP's FAX number. I reminded them that this was 2020 and the GP would prefer it Emailed instead of faxed. The reply was that they were not allowed to Email because of privacy issues. Wait, so sending a from over a digital line to an email address is not as secure as sending that form over phone lines to a machine that instantly prints it out? Are you kidding me? When will the stupidity end??? I will NEVER use these people again.
The staff is very slow handed. Sending my report to the GP made me miss the specialist's analysis. The service is poor.
