Literally my first time in buying my eye wear & Emma & Sam went above & beyond in their service & I could not recommend these amazing humans enough! Purchasing eye wear can be extremely difficult but not here. & they have amazing eye wear that's not everywhere. Don't waste your time elsewhere.
Pros: Lovely people providing good service, convenient location, and good range of high end brands. Cons: Quite overpriced. Examples of pricing include: 1. 2 packs of the total1 90 pack contact lenses would set you back $350, which is $100 more expensive than elsewhere! 2. A pair of lens 1.67 thin, blue light cost me $420 not including the frame. 3. They also sold me a $20 glasses case that was scratched, where other places would offer this on a complimentary basis.
Rick and his team are fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a pair of glasses which ended up requiring new lenses through no fault of theirs. Still, they didn’t charge me extra for new lenses to be replaced. I’m a repeat customer and will happily continue going here when it’s time for a new pair.

Love going into this shop, Rick is always super nice and accomodating even when I am not purchasing which makes me always want to go back. This time Jane helped me with my purchase from their extensive Moscot range and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.
If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. It's rare these days to find the level of service and professionalism I found at Perfect Vision. This was my first visit and Rick was so welcoming and was patient in helping me choose the right frames. The store gives off a vibe that makes you feel like your visiting an old friend, never felt rushed or pressured into buying. The selection of frames are unique and special and I definitely will be a return customer for many years to come. Thanks again Rick, you're a legend!

Been a customer of Perfect Vision and Rick for 5-6 years now ever since Rick introduced to the premium brands / frames on offer. Over the years I have purchased over 10 pairs of glasses / sunglasses. Thus, clearly a fan of the products and more importantly enjoy the experience. Rick always make me feel welcomed coming in just to look. Never been pressured to purchase anything. Will be back very soon to try on some of the new brands Perfect Vision has procured.
Interesting enough whenever I walk past the Perfect Vision shop, I always think of the excellent service rendered by Rick and his team. Rick is such a kind, honest and helpful gentleman always keen to look after a client. Great service, Rick. Thank you for your kind assistance over the years.
