I dropped by to get my glasses fixed since first arriving to Sydney from Perth. I got them fixed by Noune who was so kind as well as down to earth! Helped me order new frames to be picked up in Perth when I get back and helped clean my glasses. Laura, who was so friendly. Such a warm welcome and fantastic customer service from both of them! Will definitely come back and ask for them the next time I come to Sydney! Thank you so much guys best customer service experience since arrival~ 10/10
My experience at Oscar Wylee was excellent! The optometrist and the customer service team were so helpful and approachable. I had a fantastic experience receiving my first eye test and the team gave me a wonderful guide of glasses and lenses, suited to my needs. The only negative was the waft of cigarette smoke streaming through the open store doors.
One of the best glasses stores I've ever gone to! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They had immense patience as i stood there trying frame after frame. I ended up picking frames that the staff helped me choose and I couldn't be happier. Highly highly recommend this store!
Hi, There. I've been three times in Oscar Wylee. Two times of them I visited the shop. I just recommend this place of Oscar Wylee. I like Looking of the shop and Glasses design. But Especially they staff are really nice attitude and easy to talk and consult. To be honest I feel important is not nice shop, is nice staffs. I have one sorry I don't remember who were taking care of my Glasses though Anyway Thanks
My glasses broke on my way to work one of the legs had been a bit loose, and just fell off! this morning. I went in store to get it repaired, but the team said that it would be difficult to fix. My glasses were only just out of warranty and was hesitant to buy an entirely new pair. Joel was kind enough to offer to replace the frames for free. He put in my original lenses and I was able to leave the store being able to see. Greatly appreciated!
The service was too good! Joel and Angela were so sweet to stay back and help me get the sunnies I’ve been looking for. Anand the optometrist was so nice and gave a really comprehensive eye exam. They all went above and beyond. They all need a raise
I went into the store try to get my first pair of glasses and there are these 2 person who just standing back of POS and not even try to help us or any explanation to get my new glasses or get my eye tested. Iam trying to let them know i want to get a new pair and ask for a price and the details the this Girl and the guy just busy with their phone and not even a single explanation the price or the procedure and they are just keep point the paper about the price. Kinda disappointed after many of my friends said oscar wylee is a good choice of glasses but the costumer service? For sure its bad.
Went into the store with an absolutely busted pair of glasses, both arms had broken off. I was served by Neil ??spellcheck and asked him if he could tape em to get me through the day, he went above and beyond and replaced the arms with ones that almost exactly match the glasses. Neil is an absolute legend, if I see you out in the wild, first round is on me.
The frame broke on my multifocal glasses last week while I was cleaning them. I might have been a bit firm with the wiping. So I took them here where I bought them and, although my glasses were several months out of warranty, the young lady working here at 11.30am on Sat 8th October said that they would be replacing the frame for free right away. Thank you very, very much.
Went in to adjust my sunglasses and received wonderful service from Laura. She listened to my concerns and was so patient and meticulous with the adjustment. Thanks so much and would highly recommend!
