Worst pizza ever. Mozzarella cheese is a joke!
4 times I've given them a chance since the new owners took over. 4 times they haven't been able to serve anything on their menu other than pizza. 2 times they were closed well before they used to be and finally, assuming they possibly changed the menu and opening times, they haven't updated either & not once was I told when attempting to order. Considering the average food quality it will take a lot of convincing for me to bother trying here again.
TLDR- quality check not maintained and very unhygienic. I had a terrible experience here. This experience started upon my entry. My first impression was that it was very unhygienic. The glass panes were not cleaned and the floor was messy. My friend and I order for two different small pizza- chicken deluxe and chicken supreme. The staff making our pizza used his bare hands with any gloves to make the pizza. He had also a cut in of his fingers which might have contained all kinds of bacteria. When I asked him if they were to be wearing gloves he offered us to make another pizza with the gloves. He also claimed that washed his hands before making the pizza but I still wouldn’t be comfortable eating the pizza knowing that. I wanted to leave the place but unfortunately we were hungry and short on time so we decided to eat new pizza he made. Once the pizzas were ready, the topping used were good but the base was not thick enough and crispy enough. This made the entire pizza very soggy. I would never go back to this restaurant and don’t recommend others too.
Recently ordered two pizzas meal deal and what we received was not acceptable for the price. The pizzas were clearly old or re-heated, delivered a can of soft drink when it should have been a bottle. We ended up only having two slices and ordering elsewhere... With so many good options around this area I will never be ordering from this place again and neither should you.
NEVER BUY YOUR FOOD FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU i ordered the supposedly FAMOUS lasagna And the food was almost frozen in the middle, Gordon Ramsay himself would have shut you guys down from this meal. To make matters worse when i called to find out why frozen food was being served i was promised another meal to replace it. I waited an hour for the food before calling back and being told you wont replace it as its the uber drivers fault and that i was lying about being offered the replacement this is disgusting service.
Ordered a pizza and a salad delivered. The delivery was over 20 minutes late, when I called to see if it was far away there was no apology I was just told it would be 5-10 mins. Then when my order arrived it was completely wrong. I called again and after struggling to understand the broken English I was told a delivery driver would bring a partial refund, this never happened. The food was horrible, I gave some to the dog and threw out the rest. Order from somewhere else, you will only be disappointed otherwise.
The pizza is good and it's it's open 24 hours but I waited 10 minutes for my coffee to start being made while it was not busy. My order was totally forgotten about until I went back up to the counter. It is usually pretty unclean and customer service is especially bad during the evenings.
The pizza is pretty good but nothing special. The service is where pepperonis will let you down, multiple times the delivery driver hasn't come to the door but called saying he's out the front. The pizza has come squashed to one side before. When taking the pizza from the guy one time he dropped his delivery bag full of other people's pizzas, this is probably how mine came squashed to one side that one time. Also do not buy a kebab when not peak times, the meat will be poor quality and cold and the tortilla stale. The only positive of pepperonis is that it's 24/7.
Can say, that these pizzas are amazing. This is personal, not professional. Professionally, they aren’t up to the standard of other places, but the way that it is served is good. Prices for slices are good, and it looks very welcoming for people to walk in, which I experienced
Great wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
