I've been with people's choice credit union since 2012. Recently I've experienced very terrible customer service and emailed them three times got no response. 22/1/2021, Friday, I went to Darwin city branch try to transfer money to external bank account in urgent as people's choice net bank got issues for over a week so I had to go to branch in person. I told the counter what I came for, try to find someone who can help me. She was with unprofessional attitude and told me that I can transfer money through people's choice app by my own, they didn't do that one in the branch. I explained to her that had issues and it's been over a week, and called customer service, they suggested me to go to branch to deal with. The lady then told me she just did this time for me with unwilling attitude until I asked her name and told her that I am going to have an formally complain to her. 27/1/2021, Wednesday, the money I've transferred last friday still in my account! I have few account under my name for different purposes. I checked the receipt and found the lady made a funny mistake as she keyed the wrong information of transfer account. Which is i reuqested to transfer $1,000 for example to external account, she keyed in the account only with $500! The most surprising thing is, she is Darwin branch manager !!!!! I am wondering, if my external account can't get the money in in time, would the lady compensate for my delay fee? Thank you.
