Please note, when this review was written Fleet Choice NT was a separate entity, not part of AANT. This is a review of Fleet Choice and not AANT. If you are considering a novated lease for your next car, I would suggest you think long and hard before choosing Fleet Choice NT. I have completed my 4 year lease agreement and it was not the wonderful financial experience suggested by the sales team. Multiple times I contacted Fleet Choice NT raising problems with the finance arrangements, multiple time I submitted amended agreements which were never acted on, and when questioned the excuses ranged from new girl, backend problems, problems with the new customer portal, never the staff of the Darwin office and never corrected. This car was my second novated lease and my first lease with Fleet Choice NT. It was a very disappointing experience. I will not use then again and I recommend anyone reading this check the other approved novated leasing companies before signing up and committing yourself to a four or five year lease which will not save the money estimated at the beginning.
If anyone is thinking about a novated lease for their car, I would suggest you check other company and think hard before choosing fleet choice. My experience here was not only disappointing, it was mentally stressful. When I called them initially for more information regarding novated lease, a senior consultant convinced me how novating lease will fleet choice is the best option available. After stressful 4 months of documentation and various paper work, I finally got my car. And when I was all set and happy with my quotation of the lease, they cancelled on me for some reason, transferred me to another company. They promised nothing will change, however, I received a different quotation for my car lease which was way more than what I agreed upon. Since I was already driving my car, it didnot leave me with more option except for the disappointment. If I could go back, I would have never chosen fleet choice.
Fleet Choice NT goes above and beyond for their customers. Their customer service is exceptional and always willing to beat competitors pricing. highly recommended.
