I have used Dukes for years now for my rental property. They have always made sure that my property is well looked after and that I am kept in the loop with anything that needs to be brought to my attention. The system that they used for my property is easy to use so I can keep up to date with what is going on easily. I'm very happy with them and in particular Kristy Monk. Since signing up my property she has always made sure that it has been taken care of. She has a great management team.

As a tenant for 5 years with Dukes I have zero complaints. Everyone who works there is lovely. Always kept us informed and repairs were done in a timely manner. Sad to be leaving our home and to not have found the right property with them to move to. Rest assured if I find myself looking for another property to rent I will certainly be looking at Dukes first. A special thanks to Kiri-Anne for all her effort on our behalf.

Mel and the team at Dukes have been amazing.  Very professional service and certainly go the extra mile.  The key handover was great, and they kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole application process. Must say it's the best experience I have had with a Real Estate as a renter.

I rented a property managed by Dukes and I didn't really have to deal with them much at all which is always a good thing. Kaitlyn is amazing though and I'm very grateful that she was my property manager. We did come across an outgoing issue but Kaitlyn was was able to resolve this and was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you Kaitlyn.

So far, my partner and I have had such good experiences with the entirety of Dukes. But, want to say a special thank you to Mel, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Charlotte and Jacqui from the Penrith office. We were so weary about real estates because some can be quite awful but the condition report was thorough and had room for comments and concerns, we had a pest problem and once I emailed the property manager, she responded straight away and had the exterminator come the very next day at the expense of the owner. We’re really grateful and appreciative as it was really hard to find a place to accept our application as we have cats and they really pushed to get us a home by private inspections, continuous follow ups etc. Way better than previous real estate!

Abbey was truly exceptional. She found a tenant to move into the rental property within a week of first contacting Dukes. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic process simple. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend.

I have utilised 3 real estate agents in the Penrith area and Dukes have been hands down the absolute best!
