Generally a good experience, however.. Seems to often be technical issues there; computers down, payment systems not operating correctly. Staff have generally been good to deal with. Polite & knowledgeable, for the most part, only delt with 1 person who wasn't the most pleasant. They often seem to be training people here, too. So inexperience of some staff can sometimes slow down the process. It is a small office, with 4 desks (plus a training desk), often with only 2 people working at any given time, so wait times might be a little long, especially given the nature of dealing with insurance matters.
