To really trust someone with your prized possession wedding dress is a tough thing, but from the first few seconds of chatting to Tony on the phone I was instantly reassured I had found the right place!! The experience and knowledge he has with regards to cleaning all types of gowns (including heavy lace & beading) is truly astounding. Wet cleaning is the best way to go if you have beading and even though I traveled across sydney to use Pennant Hills Dry Cleaners it was well and truly worth it. My dress has come out looking pristine-The best place to come if need your wedding gown cleaned and preserved! Im so pleased to know with the special preservation box that my dress will be safe and will look like new for many years! The service they offer is impeccable and the friendless off all the staff is truly amazing and instantly makes you feel like a valued customer. Thank you so very much :-)

I have been using the services of Pennant Hills Dry Cleaners for over fifteen years now and I cannot fault either their service, their ethics or their friendliness. I have never had cause to be disappointed with anything returned from this service, and am really impressed that they will always go the "extra mile" to clean any unidentified and tricky stain, all as part of the standard cleaning service. Recently I entrusted my hand loomed French lace wedding dress to them after it had been sitting in a plastic bag in my garage for 32(!) years. It was stained and very dusty, and I was not confident it could be entirely cleaned, but Tony restored it to new! He even cleaned (at no charge) an all lace handkerchief which I had thrown into the bag and forgotten about. When I returned to pick it up, Tony had it hung at the front of the shop to show me, such is the incredible pride he takes in his work. After this, Joanne packed it into a special window box so I could see it, but where it will be perfectly preserved. I am so pleased with the finished product that next I intend to have a 55 year old Christening dress cleaned and preserved. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this dry cleaner - this service is a local gem.
