Avoid at all costs. Completely ruined all 6 of my curtains, but worse still, packaged them up so they looked great at pick up. Upon opening at home, found them completely destroyed with blockout backing ripped, tab at the top ripped and the material covered in chemical burns. Very deceptive. When I rang the Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia found out they were no longer a member. Do not go near this place.

I recently dropped my suit and partners dress off for dry cleaning here and the service was amazing. I was served by a young gentleman named Nick who helped me with all of my concerns mainly the stain on my suit jacket. rest assured the stain was removed and the press was perfect all with a turnover in under 24hr. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to have their garments dry cleaned.

This shop looses your clothing. The owner tried to give me someone else shirt. I told him several times that it doesn’t belong to me. He insisted the tag on the shirt belongs to my dry cleaning. I asked him do I tag the clothes. He refuses to answer.  He insisted that a shirt that I know doesn’t belong to me is mine. I told him he should compensated for my lost. He refused and said this is not his problem.  He said because I have jewellery on money doesn’t mean anything to me and I can just buy another shirt.  He then threatened me with his staple gun to leave his store.

After having used them for several years for dry cleaning, I started taking my business shirts their for wash and iron. One shirt came back with small holes/tears in the underarm area, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Several weeks later it happened to a second shirt. We went back to complain, but they took no responsibility. Very disappointing. Now need to find another dry cleaner. Any suggestions?

Avoid this dry cleaner. My very expensive dress was ruined and the colour changed completely even after I showed them the special cleaning instructions. The owner refused to compensate me for my ruined dress and denied any wrongdoings on his part. I am currently pursuing legal action

Taken my clothes to dry clean here for years.

It does the job that's it. Timings after Covid haven't been updated on website or Google for a while leading to wasted trips.  They don't alert you via SMS when clothes are ready, that's a big drop.  It is probably 10% cheaper than my neighbourhood one, not significantly cheap.. so next time onwards id save myself the hassle of visiting this place

Avoid . They've ruined several zippers on my suit pants and refuse to accept responsibility for it even though I demonstrate the zippers are working when I drop off the pants. Am pursuing legal action.ServicesService not listed

I always do my suit at XL Dry Cleaners, as I found the place quite accessible via car or like in my case, by Scooter. it has its own parking right at the front. Not sure about how to get there by bus or where the bus stops are. But I see several buses coming that way, so is should have some.  The place is basic, under cover parking, Entry door with about 1 meter space to reach the counter, then all the "dry cleanning" hanging at the back in a motorised "hanger thingy".  Every time I come in, I find that the counter is clear of clutter. This helps me to extend the suit on it, to show the areas of concern.  The staff always comes to my service upon gazing me. And like today, if they cannot come straight away, I am welcomed by a good "Good Afternoon" followed by "I will be with you in a second". The staff may seem rude to some people, but I found them to be straight down to the point. What you need, where it is in your cloth item, and when can you come to pick it up. Today the lady that served me remembered me by first name, and did say. "Bruno, right?" then she said "I thought your item was going to be ready on Friday, not today, but let me check".  That surprised me and put me at ease and a smile on my face. That is service.  Every item i have had dry cleaned at XL Dry Cleaners has always come back impeccable.  I liked it. I will be back.  to the counter  .
