I can't find words to say thank you. You did everything to make my children successful and to make parents happy and satisfied. This is the best Grammar School of all.
Went here and the school encouraged student independence especially when one student was bullied by another, so both had to sort it out. Staff were very diverse but the quality was poor except for the Larkin Centre. Overall the school looks like gold on the outside but is really just brass on the inside.
Good education system, great in music, and a big school aswell, however the school revolves around making new friends and accepting each other, however their portraying of this concept is really bad. They make you split up from your friends, thinking you’ll try and reach out to others and make new friends. Also, they don’t respect consent or privacy. If you vent to the coordinators, they’ll just push the therapy idea on you, even though their therapy is the crappiest therapy I’ve ever had, because the therapists end up telling the ‘necessary people’ eg teachers and parents about your problems, which is extremely unnecessary. The teachers also take not a hint of effort to care about bullies. There are bullies all around the place, and teachers just leave it up to students to solve it, thinking it’s their responsibility. Overall, pegs is good in education and music, however the teachers should work on helping students with bullies, as well as therapy being actually therapy instead of funny stories that you can tell your colleagues about.
A word of advice, dont go near Centreway between 3-4pm week days. The students from PEGS take over the area and are very rude and hang around the shops and cause trouble. It is an expensive school that clearly doesnt teach any respect.
I couldnt wag any of my classes without the dogs finding me and making a search mission to come find me like bloody let me wag
