One week to go to my wedding day, they wrecked my traditional outfit top which took 3 months to hand embroider 😢. The owner claimed that they did not touch it but all of a sudden there were a couple of singed streaks that were definitely not there before. He then said that there was no care label but he still accepted it only to say a day later that they won't clean it because of the small tear. Somewhere along the way someone singed my top. Even the way that they handled the top is questionable. A staff member accidentally dropped it on the floor like it meant nothing. Thanks for ruining my big day 😡😡

Excellent service always greated with a smile. Been to some other dry cleaners in the area that have damaged my clothing but penguin gave me honest feedback from the start.
