Unfortunately have not had a good experience here. I have brought my Mazda CX-5 in to get an issue fixed. I ended up taking it in 4 seperate times with them not actually addressing the issue at all and paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Finally they told me that I’d need a new fuel pump which would of cost me close to $3000 including labour. I took it to another mechanic who fixed it in a couple of hours and replaced a really cheap part which cost me $250. There was no issue whatsoever with the fuel pump and I had it tested. Really disappointed with this business as it’s been a total waste of my time and money. The customer service was good and they are friendly but you’d assume that with a problem with a Mazda, the best place to take it in to get fixed would be Mazda specialists but apparently not… Updating this review, I have emailed the email address they gave me which they do on any negative reviews to discuss the issue and they have completely ignored me over the last few weeks. Overall horrible experience with this business. Do not recommend at all.

Would not recommend at all, after a minor service my car had two new issues caused by the Service department. Issue 1 with my Mazda 3 was the side mirror stopped folding in, Issue 2 was my headlights stop working. Noting for the side mirror it was explained when washing the car a power washer was used on the mirror which caused the fault, and for the headlights an incorrect electrical component was fitted. Both issues I found myself and it took multiple visits to resolve. Will never go back to Burwood Mazda significant waste of time and money.

I had my car service at Mazda Burwood. I bought it in Burwood as well. But the service department it’s definitely not a good experience for me. CX9 have an electronic alarm that flash when the service is near due . After the service it have to be set back . But the service is very very expensive and they tell you that you have to do work that is not required. Like my last service there I was told that the brakes needed to be done. And I told them to leave it and I will take it to a brakes garage. On doing so I was told that the brakes were good.Services:&nbsp;Transmission

Such a bad experience today with Mazda service today, did exactly same standard service as last time but charged extra $100 in name of big service, I showed the incharge both last and this time recipient and not a single item more but he can’t even give a logical reason why the extra amount. Such a shame and disappointment. Another point is service charges are even not transparent what is mentioned on there website is $433 on you website for major service but you charge $721 and called it as this is our normal and must have. You should call the customer and explain rather than customer who have already raise the concern in the service centre. I used to ise brighton mazda before as they are 100 times better than you customer service.

I normally go to the Mazda service centre in Preston however went to Burwood because they had a higher availability. Definitely will be using this centre in the future. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the entire process was extremely easy. Complimentary interior and exterior clean was a bonus. 10/10 will definitely recommend to all my Mazda family users!

Clear communication on the job being performed on the vehicle. Vehicle drives better after serving. Pick-up/drop off arranged by uber. No complaints.

I rang Mazda penfold the blind spot monitor on my Mazda CX-9 signal is on the dashboard due to the car might have slight bump on the right rear bumper. The service representative check that the car is under warranty and they can fix it as it is part of warranty. When I arrive at the service centre, the service representative told me they would charge $180 an hour labour to check what is going and this is not part of warranty. I was not happy and speak to the manager of penfold service, he told he need to check the car if is under warranty they will do it for free but if is not, they will charge you to check the car. As a customer, I was mislead over the phone and drive 30 mins to be there. I’m completely unhappy with penfold mazda Burwood service.

I've been servicing my car here for the past 5 years. Very professional as they explain exactly what your car needs to remain in good driving condition and provide a loan car if needed. They don't overcharge on the service quote when you pick-up the car and clean both the inside and out at no extra charge. Will keep coming back.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Service was within the time allocated and I was advised by phone my car was ready. I was given comprehensive notes as to what was inspected. I was impressed that this first service was complimentary. Not impressed that I had to get myself home and back by taxi!

I have been using these guys for over 10 years and through 3 Mazda's. Always friendly profession, helpful and equally treat all customers regardless of race or gender. I was sitting there for 3 hrs trust me I noticed!  Thanks all for being such a great site. I have tried others and none come up to your consistent standard.
