After not training for nearly five years I was very nervous about going back into training and into a gym situation.A friend introduced me to Pegasus training and from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel so welcome and put at ease by Angus and Peter. They are highly professional,their knowledge and comprehension of exercise and the way the body moves and works is quite outstanding.They are happy to answer any concerns or questions and always have your safety in mind. They have created a great atmosphere there and it seems to draw like minded people,everybody is so friendly and encouraging.Highly recommend Jo Hale.

I've been training with Angus and Frog for over a year and not one workout is ever the same. Pegasus PT is such an awesome facility. I've never seen a gym like it. Super clean, friendly members, and run by an amazing family who are so passionate about what they do. I love the high intensity training. I always leave Pegasus PT feeling like I've had a really tough but fun work out.
