Quality and professional work. My phone call was answered on the first call and was happy and surprised to hear how personable and informative Aaron was. He sorted out and prompt hassle free quote for a solar install on my property. A day convienient for me was locked in for the install. Aaron and Wayne showed up on the day and time specified with a call ahead to let me know they were on their way. Fast and professional work. I couldn't recommended Pedleys any higher.

Service was a smooth as it should be. Tech turned up on time to complete the quote; he made practical suggestions to our scope that were not just an obvious attempt to upsell or over engineer what we were after. He was knowledgeable about the regs (pool earthing) and gave advice that other techs did not. Quote then arrived in our inbox within the agreed timeframe. We took our time to shop around and once we decided to proceed, the date and time for install were provided immediately. On the morning of install we received a text confirming tech was on his way, he arrived on time and the work was completed to scope. Payment process was easy and a copy of the invoice was in my inbox before the tech left site. We will definitely use these guys again. We would have ranked this business with 4 1/2 Stars if possible. If only all contractors were this easy to get along with! Cons: nothing major - would have preferred switchboard to be labelled better and a few odds and ends were left lying around the place.
