Excellent experience with these guys. Friendly and helpful advice over numerous phonecalls. The system they designed for me, panels, inverter and timers, along with switching to the retailer they suggested, means instead of paying around $800 per quarter 6 adults, pool, electric hot water, I will be getting a rebate! Cant believe Im actually looking forward to my power bills now! Couldn't be happier with the advice and service I received, everything is exactly as they estimated or better. Thanks Leigh and Tony for your patience and for doing a great job.
For the last year or so, I have been looking at getting solar panels. I started doing my due diligence and researching. I spent countless hours researching what was appropriate for my needs and home and the different equipment and costs. I also contacted and was contacted by several solar companies after filling in a form on Facebook. Then by chance I came across a Gio Tech Electrical. They had a solar package that was approximately half the price of some of the competition and for the exact same panels and inverter! So I gave them a call and spoke to the most pleasant receptionist/office staff named Leigh. I didn't call just once, I called a dozens times with questions. I must have been annoying them, but every time I called, Leigh and her colleague Maria were always so pleasant and helpful and sincere on the phone. That was refreshing because I did have some bad experiences with rude and pushy sales people from other companies. So after much deliberation on solar panels and the pros vs cons, I decided to give Gio Tech a chance at my business. And I'm glad I did! Ernesto the owner, head technician, and Maria's husband taylor made a system for my roof and my needs at an incredibly good price. I would have been a fool NOT to jump on it. The installation team was out at my house within days putting up the new solar system. And a really nice group of blokes, if I may add. Nice tradesman is also refreshing. After installation, they also gave my partner and I a full tutorial and put everything in layman's term for us. They made sure all questions were answered and we were happy before they left. So my new solar system is up on my roof, looking pretty, done hassle free, and at an awesome price. Im even making me money because I can see my electricity meter spinning backwards from sun up til sun down :-. Thank you Gio Tech Electrical, you are the best!
Would not recommend this electrician fka GIO TECH ELECTRICAL PTY LTD. Provided quote, during install increased the price by another $400. Started having issues after few weeks, asked Ernesto to come out to resolve the issue several times and he wanted to charge us additional costs to resolve his brand new install. Still having ongoing issues for over 2 years now. Had to get another electrician to redo the whole job. He's slow, careless and workmanship is not up to standard. If a problem arises, he washes his hands, makes up so many excuses and does not want to deal with issue. AVOID THIS ELECTRICIAN AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Very efficient company. From start to finish Gio Tech were very professional with the installation of our solar and great product. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for a great job on installation. Had a 5.2kw on the roof limited spaceand 5kw Growatt inverter. Producing on average 25kwh/day. Very happy.
